1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and g5555 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the g5555 website at g5555.onl, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on g5555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as deposit and withdrawal channels. Available methods are shown in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• g5555 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

g5555 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits — are published on the Promotions page and form part of these Terms when you claim any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games as specified in the promotion details. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.
• g5555 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are fully satisfied.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The g5555 platform offers sports betting markets — with a primary focus on cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — alongside football, esports and other sports. Casino games, live casino tables and instant-win titles are also available. The following rules apply across all products.

Sports Betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed and confirmed.
• g5555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed failure or obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's PKR balance.
• Bets placed after an event has started are subject to in-play rules. In-play markets may be suspended at any time. Any bet confirmed before a suspension is valid.
• For cricket markets, in the event of a match being abandoned or reduced, settlement follows the official result as determined by the relevant cricket board. T20 and PSL matches follow their respective governing body rulings.
• The minimum and maximum stake per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market and event.

Casino & Live Casino:

• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the outcome of any round already in progress will be determined by the game server. Reconnecting to a session will reflect the settled result.

• Colluding with other players in poker or any live game format to artificially influence outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting a software error, pricing mistake or technical glitch to place bets with an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to deposit, bet or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false personal information at any stage of registration, verification or account management.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.

Where g5555 identifies prohibited conduct, affected bets and associated winnings may be voided. The Platform's decision in such cases is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

Whilst we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, third-party service interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

g5555 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights where applicable under local law.

11. Changes to Terms
